  Meals are delivered by 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, ensuring they arrive in time for lunch.

  Absolutely! You can specify a delivery spot, such as your office reception or a designated area.

What about the reusable dabbas?

• How do I return the dabba after my meal?
  Our delivery team will pick up the dabba 2 hours after delivery. If that doesn’t work, they’ll collect it the next day when dropping off your new meal.

• What happens if I forget to return the dabba?
  No worries! We’ll collect it during your next delivery. Just let us know if there’s an issue.

Can I customize my meals?

• Can I make special requests for dietary needs or preferences?
